The Pumpkin Seed Oil

Our pumpkin seed oil comes from the Kiendler oil mill in southern Styria. Here, Styrian pumpkin seeds have been cold-pressed according to traditional methods for generations. The result: a deep green oil with an intense, nutty aroma — the "green gold" of Styria.

The EU-protected designation PGI (Protected Geographical Indication) guarantees that only oil from Styria may bear this name. Every bottle is a piece of authentic Austrian culinary culture.

The Horseradish

Styrian horseradish from the Hernach family is grown using proven methods and freshly processed. Its sharp spice and full-bodied aroma make it an indispensable companion of Austrian cuisine — whether with boiled beef, on a charcuterie board, or as a refinement for sauces.

The Association

Austria Imperial Green Gold is a registered association based in Vienna, Austria. As a non-profit organisation, the association operates the direct-to-consumer sales of Styrian specialities and conducts scientific field studies on AI-powered marketing, translation, and performance.

The association combines the promotion of regional producers with applied research — a model that unites tradition and technology.

The Board

The association is governed by two equal board members. Under Austrian association law (VerG 2002), both are authorized signatories and fully liable.

Leads the commercial and operational perspective within the project and the practical execution of the field study. Complements the technological development through applied work in marketing, trade, nutrition, training, and physical performance development under real-world conditions, with a particular focus on international settings.

The Expedition

Starting in 2026, the association will launch a 3-year mobile research expedition across 40+ countries in Europe and Central Asia. Focus areas: AI-powered marketing, real-time translation in 40+ languages, and performance tracking under expedition conditions.
