Cancellation Policy

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to cancel this contract:

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees because of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return Shipment

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not exist for contracts for the delivery of goods which can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded.

The right of cancellation expires for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Note: For food products (pumpkin seed oil, horseradish), the right of cancellation is excluded once the seal of the bottle/jar has been opened.
