Preparation Begins — Expedition Planning 2026

Planning for our research expedition is taking concrete shape. After months of preparation, the route, vehicles, and equipment are set.

Our route takes us through over 40 countries in six phases — from Southeastern Europe through the Balkans and Western Europe to Central Asia. The Arabic region had to be postponed due to the current geopolitical situation but remains planned as a separate short expedition.

The equipment setup is finalised: two drones under 249g (Antigravity A1 and HOVERAir X1 PROMAX), an Insta360 X5 for 360° documentation, and two MacBook Pro 16" M4 Max with 128GB RAM for on-the-road post-production.

Particularly exciting is our AI translation study: in every country, we'll test how well AI-powered real-time translators work in real sales situations — from major languages to rare ones like Kazakh or Kyrgyz.
